"Take kids on the adventure of a lifetime!"
- San Francisco Chronicle

"CHARMING! BEAUTIFULLY ANIMATED!"
- Animation Magazine

"WONDROUS TO BEHOLD!"
I found myself mesmerized by Cat''s lovely storybook-like animation, and Nico''s delightful serpentine mode of motion."

With its graceful fluidity and feline swiftness, A Cat in Paris is
a symphony of music and colors!"
- Le Monde

"CRITICS PICK!"
A Cat in Paris is a gem, a treat not to be missed by children or their parents (or animation-loving adults without kids). The graphic style is crisp, flat, and bright, their characters rendered with linework recalling the Matisse and Picasso of ''30s Paris. Lonely little Zoe has an affectionate pet cat named Dino. When she goes to bed at night, Dino bounds across the moonlit rooftops, leading the honorable, rubbery-armed burglar Nico to the loot. One such outing leads to a nest of gangsters - more comic than truly scary - connected with the death of Zoe''s father. But no more plot: The almond eyes, the sailor pants and tiny feet, the sun-washed checkerboard kitchen floors, the soundtrack strains of Billie and Django - all create a storybook Paris of the imagination, of the artist''s easel."
- Seattle Weekly

"CRITICS PICK!"
An enjoyable amuse-bouche that employs all the standards of the cats-in-Paris meme: Billie Holiday warbling on the soundtrack, a dashingly heroic antihero who scales the rooftops as if he studied parkour under Spider-Man, and the titular untamable black cat who serves as his partner in crime. Complete with a climactic Hitchcockian set piece on the rooftops of Notre Dame Cathedral, A Cat in Paris has a refreshingly angular and graphic, almost cubist, feel."
- San Francisco Bay Guardian

"THE CITY OF LIGHTS HAS RARELY LOOKED AS BEAUTIFUL
ON THE BIG SCREEN AS IT DOES HERE!"
A thoroughly charming film with genuine heart and just enough attitude! The hand-drawn A Cat in Paris is a wonderful antidote for the mass-produced computer animation constantly dumped into multiplexes. If Toulouse Lautrec were resurrected to craft an animated film, he would probably look up Gagnol and Felicioli. Though produced with young viewers in mind, the romantic urban backdrops, the hat-tips to film noir, and the jazz-influenced soundtrack will keep adults quite engaged."

A thrilling mystery that unfurls in the alleys and on the rooftops of the French capital, Paris, over the course of one adventurous evening.

From Folimage, the animation studio behind Mia & the Migoo and Raining Cats and Frogs, comes a beautifully hand-drawn caper set in the shadow-drenched alleyways of Paris.

Dino is a pet cat that leads a double life. By day he lives with Zoe, a little mute girl whose mother, Jeanne, is a detective in the Parisian police force. But at night he sneaks out the window to work with Nico - a slinky cat burglar with a big heart, whose fluid movements are poetry in motion – as he evades captors and slips and swishes from rooftop to rooftop across the Paris skyline. The cat’s two worlds collide when young Zoe decides to follow Dino on his nocturnal adventures – and falls into the hands of Victor Costa, a blustery gangster planning the theft of a rare statue.

Now cat and cat burglar must team up to save Zoe from the bumbling thieves, leading to a thrilling acrobatic finale on top of Notre Dame. A Cat in Paris is a warm and richly humorous love letter to classic noir films and the stylized wit of the Pink Panther cartoons – and Dino, the literal cat burglar, manages to steal the show with little more than a subtle swish of the tail and quiet mew.
